YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL (6th - 12th grade)
CONNECT is a Bible-centered Sunday school curriculum where youth discover how individual Bible stories connect into larger themes that span the whole Bible. This fall starts their journey in the Old Testament , giving them a solid understanding of the history of God’s people, and adds context to who Jesus is and why Jesus is so important.

Youth in Mission with Sierra Service Project
Each summer the DixonUMC senior high youth embark on a mission trip with the Sierra Service Project which grows their faith as they serve others in the name of Christ.
The Sierra Service Project (SSP) is a Christian non-profit organization which provides life changing experiences through acts of service repairing homes in rural, urban, and Native American communities and serving in Central America. Dixon UMC high school youth and their adult leaders spend a week together working, worshiping, making new friends, and gaining understanding of a community different from their own.
The 2019 Jr./Sr. high summer trip is TBD!
During the school year, a combined junior/senior high SSP weekend of service trip undertakes a short term project in one of the urban areas near Dixon.
